Digital products
The Studio Bloknote products are digital.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Online courses
- Digital downloads
- E-books
- Printable products
- PDFs
- Creative resources
Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, they are generally non-refundable.
By purchasing and accessing a digital product, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once the download or access has begun, where permitted by applicable law.
If you experience technical problems or accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us. We’re happy to help.
Online courses
Access to online courses is granted immediately after purchase. For this reason, purchases of online courses are generally non-refundable.
However, if you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Our goal is for every student to have a positive learning experience.
Our 14-Day Happiness Guarantee
Although digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from Studio Bloknote. That’s why we voluntarily offer a 14-day happiness guarantee.
If, within 14 days of your purchase, you genuinely feel that one of our digital products or online courses isn’t the right fit for you, simply contact us at info@studiobloknote.com. We will gladly issue a full refund.
This guarantee is offered as a gesture of goodwill and is not a legal obligation. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
After the 14-day period has expired, refunds for digital products and online courses will generally no longer be provided, as these products are delivered immediately and are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
Studio Bloknote reserves the right to refuse refunds or withdraw this voluntary guarantee in cases of suspected abuse, repeated refund requests, or other indications of misuse.
