But I do actually use my cards though. But a bit… random. You can shuffle through them when you need to. You can pull one out and put it somewhere you’ll see it. You can use them on heavy days, or on good days, or whenever your brain needs a small reminder of something true.
The deck works because you made it. The words are yours. You can use it the way you want to.
