5.2 Writing Notes You Actually Need

This is the part where you figure out what to put on your cards. And I’m not going to give you a list of ready made suggestions, because the whole point is that these have to be yours.

What I will do is help you think about what you actually need to hear on a difficult day. Not what sounds wise or inspiring. What genuinely helps. There’s a difference, and you already know what it is.

In this video we work through some questions together. What are the words you keep coming back to? What did someone say to you once that you’ve never forgotten? What do you wish a kind person would say to you right now?
