Where can I find my course?
Once you’ve logged in, you’ll find all your purchased courses under Your Studio.
I purchased a course but didn’t receive an email. What should I do?
First, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you still haven’t received your confirmation email, simply contact me at info@studiobloknote.com. Please include your full name and, if possible, your order number so I can help you as quickly as possible.
I forgot my password or username. What should I do?
If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the login page and click Lost your password? below the login button.
If you’ve forgotten your username, simply use the email address you used when purchasing your course to log in.
If you no longer have access to that email address or you’re still unable to log in, please email info@studiobloknote.com with your full name and the email address you think you used. I’ll be happy to help.
Please note that automatically generated usernames cannot be changed, but I can update your email address if needed.
How long will I have access to my course?
You’ll have guaranteed access for three years from the date of purchase. This gives you plenty of time to work through the course at your own pace and revisit the lessons whenever you like.
Is there any personal guidance or support?
Studio Bloknote Short Courses and The Raw Art Method are self-paced and do not include personal coaching.
TEN (starting 10th October, 2026) includes several live Q&A sessions where you’ll be able to ask questions.
For all Studio Bloknote courses, you’re always welcome to email info@studiobloknote.com if you have a question. While I can’t offer individual coaching by email, I’ll always do my best to point you in the right direction.
Why aren’t your lesson videos downloadable?
When I first started creating online courses in 2014, I offered downloadable video files. Over time, I realised I wanted to build Studio Bloknote differently: simple, sustainable and fair, for both you and me.
That’s why all courses are now streamed through the learning platform instead of being offered as downloadable video files. You’ll have plenty of time to work at your own pace, with three years of access from the date of purchase and no subscription required.
Workbooks and other downloadable resources are yours to keep, while the videos remain part of the course environment. I believe this creates the best learning experience while allowing me to continue creating new courses and improving existing ones for years to come.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including: credit/debit cards, PayPal, iDeal/Wero (Netherlands), KBC/CBC (Belgium) and Bank transfer (Sepa).
Can I get my money back?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you feel the course isn’t the right fit for you, simply email me at info@studiobloknote.com within 14 days of your purchase, including your name and order number. I’ll refund your purchase. No hard feelings.
